| If the Mansfield Drive-In Sunday flea market keeps growing the way it has been the past couple of years, by the end of this year it could conceivably become the largest flea market in the state. It is already, by far, the largest flea market in eastern Connecticut. The quantity – over 300 dealers – and the diversity of what’s for sale has to be seen to be believed. The accompanying photos give just a hint of the expansion of both the outdoor and indoor booth spaces. Starting with our Summer issue, CTOldHouse.com will run an ongoing feature twice a year called IN THE SPIRIT OF MONTY HALL. Each feature will focus on a particular category of merchandise available at the Mansfield Drive-In Flea Market. The first feature will be on furniture and the second one, in our Fall issue, will be on pottery and ceramics. We think that if you haven’t been out there already you will be amazed at the deals available at this place. |
