Artist and sculptor Chandler Davis from Shelton is best known for his larger than life fiberglass shells. He is also known for his luminous paintings, usually acrylic on canvas.
    Lately,Chandler has found inspiration at Madison’sHammonasset Beach State Park. With is nearly 1,000 acres of beach, Chandler finds Hammonasset a transcendental engine for his exhilarating, yet down-to-earth, images.
