Circa 1960’s Architectural Fan Light Window

LARGE SCALE overall measuring 60”W x 103”L Rough opening required is 54”W x 92”H 7” x 11” glass mounted in 1” wide muntins. 41 lites total, no broken glass, and the glazing is in very good condition. A full glass energy panel (shown in photos) is part of this offering. Typical age/vintage expectations.

Circa 1900 Metal Fanlight Window

Building code for wind calculations make this large scale window fully compliant. From a masonry building,the glass sections are each beautifully beveled. Overall measurements are 93" radius x 48"H x 3-1/2" flange fully adaptable to wood frame construction/installation.

Vintage Barn Loft Door (OL-5)

Early unique style hinge hardware and great color are the hallmarks of this artifact. Door is six board batten style and measures 31-1/2”W x 77”H x 3/4”. Hardware measures 25”L needing a 5/8” pintle (not included). Cusp portion of the hinge is 3-1/2”W
